Flipside provided a top-to-bottom digital transformation, from the way clients unlocked the doors to how they ordered lunch. With a new app designed from scratch, clients could make bookings, message other members in their network, and post public messages in a newsfeed.

The app also served as a digital key – replacing the old system of physical keys, which created numerous access and security issues – so members could touch their devices to doors for instant entry. This also gave Uncommon an easy way to track access, onboard new members quickly and remotely, and keep every space secure. To top it off, members could use the app to access cafe menus and order meals, drinks and snacks right to their seats. After all, a premium space should mean premium tech at every turn.
