Sitecore is an enterprise level Digital eXperience Platform powered by a web based content management framework written in Microsoft .NET. It has a flexible feature set and custom application foundation, with a wide selection of connectors and plugins and a powerful out of the box personalisation engine. It can be used to develop websites, e-commerce, blogs, applications, media portals and more. Sitecore is used by some of the biggest brands in the world and has been a leader in Gartner’s Web Content Management Magic Quadrant for the last 10 years.
We provide Sitecore development, Sitecore design, Sitecore consulting and Sitecore support and maintenance. We are experts in personalisation, third party API integration, with a wealth of experience of migrations to Sitecore 9 from older legacy instances as well as moving from server based architecture to Microsoft Azure Web App services.
And we look after clients for the long run too. Once a Sitecore instance is set up we will work with clients to provide ongoing support of Sitecore environments including maintenance, patching, upgrades and hosting, to ensure a robust and long-term web presence for their brand.

Scope’s digital transformation story is one for the ages. Spotting that the key challenge for disabled people is discovering and connecting with often small specialist services, the organisation undertook a proposition pivot that involved selling its London headquarters to fund a digital platform powered by Sitecore 9 on Microsoft Azure Cloud which would achieve that.
It’s not surprising perhaps that ‘inclusive design’ was cited as outstanding in the judge’s comments when it won Best Website at the BIMA awards - a fact made even more important when it is understood that Scope, naturally, is one of the UKs largest employers of people with accessibility needs.
With trips to 230 destinations throughout the world, Trafalgar is the market-leading and most awarded guided holiday company in the world. But the landscape is changing, fast. Powered by Sitecore, we built their website from the ground up, integrating Trafalgar’s booking systems and brochure fulfilment to create a connected experience for their customers, with “social transparency” at the heart of it.
The global .com site is a mobile-first responsive website that streamlines the way in which content is managed. Since launch, the site has already seen a 7.5% increase in returning visitors, a 7.5% increase in session duration, 14% increase in pages per session, 14% decrease in bounce rate and 12.5% decrease in page load time.
The Trafalgar website won the Best Integration at the Sitecore Awards.
On the web as well as in the Premier League Manchester City wanted to be first and best at everything since its take over by Sheikh Mansour.
Built on Sitecore, the Manchester City football site was the first football website to be built on Sitecore which allowed the club to lead online sports user experience for its fans, taking advantage of Sitecore’s extensibility to build the best matchday experience for fans as well as creating the first single customer view and integrated e-commerce experience for both shop and ticketing. Being multi language nativaley, Sitecore also allowed the club to launch localised version of the website themselves as they grew globally.
The Manchester City Football Club won Best Website at the Sitecore Awards when it launched.
