We helped Bloc reimagine the traditional way in which a hotel runs, by creating an in-room control panel that allows guests to do everything from check in or out and order room service to adjust the lighting and temperature in their suite. The business impact is that the entire hotel runs on just six human members of staff (yes, that figure includes cleaners and caterers) and still provides its guests with brilliant service and hospitality.
